Job summary

A regional civil engineering company in North Wales is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee compliance with health and safety legislation on a new contract. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, preparing safety documentation, and ensuring subcontractor compliance. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a similar role and holds a NEBOSH certification and CSCS card.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Health & Safety Manager role.
  • Proficient in creating RAMS and site safety plans.
  • IT literate and understanding of OSHA and CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure project compliance with health & safety legislation.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify hazards.
  • Prepare site H&S documentation including Safety Plans and RAMS.
