Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety standards across multiple sites in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and substantial experience in construction. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, training employees, and managing HSE policies. A competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum is offered, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in construction and working with contractors/sub-contractors.
• Strong understanding of CDM and HSE regulations.
• Comfortable leading investigations and guiding site teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement comprehensive HSE policies across companies.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigate incidents.
