Job summary

The COMPANY is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Engineer (Construction) to lead HSE for multimillion pound EPC construction projects across the EMEA region, with responsibility from initiation to completion.

The role involves site visits and on-site safety leadership, risk assessments, audits and compliance with OSHA/HSE standards and ISO 9001/14001/45001, with travel and a mix of office work.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE co-ordination/management in a commercial/EPC environment.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Experience with HSE audits, risk assessments, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
• Track and monitor engineer safety documents and qualifications.
• Ensure subcontractors are vetted prior to mobilisation to sites.
• Organise and deliver HSE training.
