Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Advisor for Civil Engineering projects based in Oxford. The role will involve on-site safety leadership across Earthworks, Structures, Rail, Highways and Civils, with two days in Bridgwater, Somerset.

A car or car allowance is included, plus accommodation for overnight stays as required. The employer supports progression towards chartership and related qualifications, with mentorship and financial backing.

Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Health & Safety professional in Civil Engineering.
• Experience on Rail or Highways projects is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clients and lead safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for on-site health and safety and promote a safety-first culture.
• Review and communicate weekly H&S challenges.
• Liaise with Client, Supply Chain, Sub-Contractors and stakeholders.
