A leading HR management firm in London seeks a candidate for a role focused on optimizing HR data systems, reporting, and quality assurance. You will maintain reports, recommend improvements, and collaborate across teams. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of HR data experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in spreadsheet tools. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus bonuses and a hybrid working model.
This position focuses on optimising HR systems, data reporting and analytics, ensuring data quality for HR centres of excellence, and supporting operational improvements across HR processes. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing reporting capabilities, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating across teams to support governance and compliance.
The role offers a competitive package of up to £60,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + bonus potential, discretionary and performance-based. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
