Job description

This position focuses on optimising HR systems, data reporting and analytics, ensuring data quality for HR centres of excellence, and supporting operational improvements across HR processes. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing reporting capabilities, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating across teams to support governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and refine scheduled and ad-hoc reports based on feedback, operational changes, or strategic priorities.
  • Assess current reporting practices and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and usability.
  • Prepare accurate data extracts and reports using appropriate analytical methods.
  • Develop and standardize reporting formats to support ongoing HR and organizational needs.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security.
  • Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
  • Design and implement new reports to support evolving HR processes and system updates.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining, particularly in payroll and related services.
  • Partner with other departments such as finance, risk, and audit to ensure strong controls and compliance frameworks are in place.
Candidate Profile
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR data and systems, with a solid understanding of HR operations and workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands while meeting deadlines.

The role offers a competitive package of up to £60,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + bonus potential, discretionary and performance-based.
