A Private Equity business in the City of London is seeking a Senior HR Manager for a fixed-term contract due to long-term illness. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience in a small, financially regulated organization and will be responsible for leading HR operations, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws, and improving organizational structures. The role requires in-office work five days a week, starting late November or early December.

The client is looking for a versatile and experienced HR Manager who can hit the ground running with little guidance. A commercially minded relationship builder is exactly what is needed.
This contract (starting in late Nov, early Dec) would suit an established HR professional with solid experience from another small / boutique financially regulated business.
With a client base of 50 employees, you will be working in a standalone capacity requiring an operational and strategic approach to your work.
This role requires the individual to work 5 days a week in the office.
