Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with senior leaders to shape people priorities and drive high performance
  • Leading talent management, engagement, and organisational development programs
  • Championing change management and employee experience initiatives
  • Managing recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
  • Leading on employee relations issues
  • Using data-driven insights to inform strategy and deliver results
