A global data and technology company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their UKI HR team in London. In this role, you will shape and lead a local people strategy, manage workforce transformation, and support business leaders on key HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR business partnering and exceptional stakeholder management skills. This position offers a great compensation package and hybrid working options.
We are looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our UKI HR business partnering team. Reporting to one of our HR Directors, you will work in partnership with business leaders to advise and create a people strategy to deliver strategic plans and results within a matrix environment.
As member of the business leadership team, you will be a trusted advisor to multiple executive stakeholders. You will be a sounding board, coach and confidante on important matters and offer visible behavioural leadership to the business.
Considered as the lynchpin between the HR Team and the business, you will be relationship-driven, yet able to hold both parties to account to ensure activity adds value and underpins business strategy.
