An established professional services organization is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner in London. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting workforce planning, and driving a high-performance culture. Due to the ongoing evolution of their people function, they are now recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner who will shape and deliver people strategies that drive business performance.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you\'ll work closely with business leaders to embed best practice, coach on people matters, and strengthen organisational capability across their professional services business portfolio, translating business strategy into proactive people initiatives across their multi-location footprint.
