Join Our People Team as a Senior HR Assistant!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and creating great employee experiences? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior HR Assistant to join our dynamic GO2HR team in Leeds. Reporting to one of our People Team Leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting and guiding a team of HR Assistants while ensuring the smooth delivery of high-volume HR processes across the business. What you will be doing

• Perform day-to-day management of HR Assistants to ensure they deliver HR transactional services against KPI's and SLAs
• Execute HR transactional processes in William Hill's systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors, such as managing system notifications, approvals and alerts, as well as performing non-system related administration tasks, such as monthly travel card orders in accordance with the HR procedures and SLAs
• Provide excellent customer service to our people and help guide them through situations, providing the highest levels of resolution, support and customer satisfaction
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for allocated processes including Death in Service, DSARs, Complaints and Flexible Benefit Windows
• Work closely with other departments, such as Payroll, Systems, L&D and Recruitment, as well as Business Managers and our people, to ensure complete adherence to processes and collaborative working.
• Propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls.
• Proactively support ad-hoc processes and projects as and when required.
• Lead and support others within the team and work collectively when needed
