Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a Coventry-based manufacturing organization. This role is an interim contract lasting approximately 12-18 months with the potential for extension. The Senior HR Advisor will provide comprehensive HR support in areas such as employee relations and change management, while also driving engagement initiatives. A competitive salary up to £40,000 plus a bonus is offered, with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Confident at dealing with high volume, complex employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and proactive HR support to managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals.
  • Advise on employee relations matters in a Unionised environment.
  • Support change management projects including TUPE.
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Collaborate to identify and deliver training and development programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics to improve effectiveness.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives.
