Location: Strategic Headquarters Eastleigh (Hybrid)

Salary: PO pro‑rata (22,573.50 – 24,447.00)

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Join the Hampshire & Isle Of Wight Constabulary’s Resourcing & Development Team within the People & Development Services Directorate.

Responsibilities
  • Co‑ordinate, design and deliver learning for Talent Management and Leadership Development programmes.
  • Collaborate with external providers and deliver large‑group training sessions on a regular basis.
  • Engage in one‑to‑one career coaching conversations with officers and staff.
  • Oversee progression through the junior rank promotion pipeline and co‑deliver learning and assessments with the Head of Leadership & Talent Delivery.
  • Support the change to the promotion process to increase accessibility and develop a diverse leadership pipeline.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in learning content design and delivery.
  • Track record of applying an Inclusive by Design approach and commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
  • Background in learning & development, recruitment, HR generalist or change management.
  • Senior IC experience (or equivalent seniority).
