Job Title: Senior HR Advisor Leadership & Talent Team - HC622585
Location: Strategic Headquarters, Eastleigh plus Hybrid
Salary: PO3, £45,147 - £48,894 - pro-rata (£22,573.50 - £24,447.00)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Sunday 9th November 2025 at 23.59 hours

Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? An exciting opportunity has become available to join Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary's Resourcing & Development Team within Our People & Development Services Directorate. The team supports Talent Management, Leadership Development and delivery of Police Officer promotion, alongside broader areas of organisational people performance and career development. The role collaborates with learning & development, recruitment, generalist HR and change management to coordinate and deliver learning in key areas of Talent Management and Leadership development programmes. It involves working with external providers, delivering learning to large groups, and engaging in one-to-one career coaching conversations. The role will oversee progression through the leadership/promotions pipeline and co-deliver learning and assessments, in partnership with the Head of Leadership & Talent Delivery.

The role is based at our Strategic Headquarters in Eastleigh. It is delivered via agile working, with an expectation of 1-2 days a week on site or at other police premises; the majority of time will be remote working.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver learning in Talent Management and Leadership development programmes.
  • Collaborate with external providers and design and deliver learning for large groups, plus one-to-one coaching.
  • Oversee progression through the leadership and promotions pipeline and co-deliver learning and assessments.
  • Work with the Head of Leadership & Talent Delivery to meet the Leadership & Talent Strategy and improve inclusion and diversity outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in learning content design and delivery to support Leadership and Talent strategies.
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion with an Inclusive by Design approach to people challenges.
  • Experience in change management and working across multidisciplinary HR functions.
