A leading HR consultancy is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team in Hoddesdon, UK. The role is generalist but focuses on employee relations, talent management, and organizational change. The ideal candidate should be graduate calibre, preferably CIPD qualified, with robust HR/ER experience in a high-profile customer service environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential to inspire confidence and add commercial value to the HR function.

The HRA role is generalist in nature but has focus on ER, Talent and Change. The incumbent of this role will be right in the midst of the operation of the organisation, so will be adding true commercial value.
