Alongside managing your own casework, you will help strengthen manager confidence, improve HR processes and contribute to divisional people projects. This is a hands‑on Senior HR Advisor role for someone who enjoys trusted ER casework, practical manager coaching and improving how HR supports a large, varied consultancy environment.

  • Coaching managers to apply HR policies and procedures confidently, consistently and fairly
  • Preparing clear, accurate and professional case correspondence and guidance
  • Identifying risks and presenting practical recommendations on complex or sensitive matters
