Supporting People, Shaping Futures

We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our People Team at Wilderness Way - a leading provider of residential care for children who've experienced trauma.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's confident navigating employee relations, loves coaching managers, and wants to make a real difference in a values‑led organisation. You'll work closely with our HR Business Partner and become a trusted advisor to managers across our homes and head office.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Offering clear, practical advice on employee relations and HR policies
• Supporting managers to lead with confidence and compassion
• Helping shape a consistent employee experience across the organisation
• Getting stuck into data, systems, and continuous improvement projects
• Leading on wellbeing, absence, and occupational health support
• Making sure our policies and processes are clear, helpful, and up to date

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in an HR advisory or operational role
• A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Strong Excel and HR system skills (HiBOB experience is a plus!)
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) is desirable
