An established financial services firm in the City of London is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor. This role involves managing employee relations and supporting HR activities within a small team. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, a competitive salary of up to £65k and various benefits, including a bonus and 25 days off. Excellent communication and a strong background in financial services are essential.
We are working with an established financial services business who are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the business on an 18 month FTC
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, this will be based at the London office but will need someone who is used to working in a small team/ standalone role where they have worked in a generalist role dealing with everything from top to bottom, leading on HR matters, liaising with other offices and providing advice and guidance when necessary. This is a generalist role so all round HR experience within a similar position if essential.

This role is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. There will be regular travel between other offices once or twice a month when necessary. Offering a competitive salary of up to 65k + bonus as well as excellent pension, 25 days holiday and an annual discretionary bonus
