A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their HR Shared Services team in Rushden. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, managing team performance, and ensuring high-volume HR administration using Oracle HR. The ideal candidate has experience in HR administration, strong communication skills, and is enthusiastic about fostering a positive team culture. This position offers hybrid working with office attendance required 1-2 days per week.
We're looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden – hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1‑2 days per week.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – 12‑Month Fixed Term Contract. Some flexibility on hours is available if desired; just let us know when you speak to us.
