UK & Ireland 2028 Limited seeks a Senior Mobility Manager to lead the Host City mobility planning programme across the UK and Ireland, based at Wembley, with nationwide travel. You will establish strategy, standards and delivery, guiding a team of Mobility Managers and coordinating with host cities, transport partners and UEFA to ensure tournament-ready mobility plans.

• Significant experience in transport, mobility or operational planning within complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale programmes or projects.
• Strong understanding of transport operations and major event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Host City Mobility Planning programme and establish framework, standards and processes.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Mobility Managers.
• Oversee programme delivery aligned with tournament requirements and milestones.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and provide reporting to senior leadership.
