• Training experience or qualification.
• Educated to NVQ Level 3 (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and companionship to residents.
• Work as a Homemaker Lead to tailor care to individual needs.
• Support residents with daily living tasks and activities.
• Participate in 12-hour shift rota with weekend coverage.
