• Experience in administering medication is preferred.
• A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and respond to emergency call-outs.
• Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers, including competency checks.
• Support new staff during their induction period.
• Build strong relationships with Service Users and families.
• Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments.
