We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Home Care Worker to join our team. This role is vital in providing high-quality care and support to elderly clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in senior care, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and their families.

You will be responsible for updating care plans tailored to each individual's needs, supervising other care workers, training, mentoring, and undertaking care assessments.

  • £27,500 minimum, depends on experience
  • Variable shifts

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised home care to senior clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.

  • Supervise and mentor care workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
  • Drive to clients' homes as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled visits.
  • Foster a positive environment that promotes dignity and respect for all clients.
