Job summary

Access Talent Group is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join an established highways and civil engineering team with roles in Northampton, Leamington Spa or Kettering. You will lead design and delivery of highway and civil engineering projects from concept through detailed design, covering roads, drainage and infrastructure.

You will provide technical guidance to engineers, manage project delivery, liaise with clients and support business development.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of consultancy experience in highways/civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of highway design and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Senior Highway Engineer

We are recruiting for a Senior Highway Engineer to join an established highways and civil engineering team, with positions available in Northampton, Leamington Spa or Kettering. The role will involve leading the design and delivery of highway and civil engineering projects from concept through to detailed design, covering areas such as roads, drainage and infrastructure. You will also provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians, manage project delivery, liaise with clients and contribute to business development. We are looking for an experienced highway/civil engineer with 5-8 years' consultancy experience, strong knowledge of highway design and relevant standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Experience with S38/S278 agreements, drainage design and project management would be highly beneficial.
