A leading mental health service is seeking a Senior High Intensity CBT Therapist to join their team in Chesterfield. This hybrid role involves providing evidence-based therapy, supporting a team of therapists, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Candidates should possess a Step 3 CBT qualification and have substantial experience in mental health. This position offers 30 days annual leave, an enhanced pension, and various employee benefits.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our NHS Derbyshire Talking Therapies service!
This is a hybrid role with main base in Chesterfield, and you may also be required to work at various locations across Derbyshire, including but not limited to, Derby and Chesterfield.
Working hours for this job are Monday to Friday - service hours between 8am and 8pm, with the expectation of at least one late shift per week (12-8).
As a Senior HIT, youll provide evidence-based therapy for people experiencing complex anxiety and depression, while also taking a leadership role in the team. Youll balance your own clinical caseload with supporting colleagues, trainees, and service developments that ensure we continue to deliver excellent, person-centred care.
