Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker - Theatres & Surgical Day Case Unit (SDCU) Weston General Hospital. Are you an experienced Healthcare Support Worker looking for a new challenge? Have you considered a career in theatres? We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Main Theatres and the Surgical Day Case Unit (SDCU) at Weston General Hospital. This is a unique and rewarding role where you'll support patients at their most vulnerable - before, during, and after surgery. Compassion, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential qualities for this position. You will be required to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to support the needs of the service.
