A leading healthcare provider is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants for their Emergency Department in Colchester. The role requires working flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality patient care. Candidates should be committed, team-oriented, and passionate about patient care, with opportunities for training and career development provided.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated healthcare assistants to join our Emergency Department at Colchester Hospital. There is the option for a fixed term position until 9th August 2026. Healthcare assistants are a key part of our team and support the Registered Nurses in providing high quality care to our patients. Our Healthcare Assistants work a rota pattern, so you MUST be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends, including Bank Holidays for example Christmas Day. We are unable to offer set shift patterns.
