A leading healthcare provider based in Pontyclun is seeking a Senior Healthcare Professional Improvement Lead to join their Improvement team. The role involves developing and delivering Quality Improvement training programmes, providing leadership, and supporting project deliverables. While proficiency in Welsh is a desirable attribute, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, along with a commitment to quality improvement in healthcare services.
To be a core member of the Improvement CTM team, supporting the service in achieving its plans in relation to the business plan and CTM 2030 priorities. Will have a strategic role in ensuring the development and maintenance of the Quality improvement strategic objectives across CTMUHB.
