A healthcare service provider in Great Yarmouth is seeking a dedicated individual to manage a team of healthcare professionals within custody suites. The successful applicant will lead clinical assessments, ensure compliance with governance standards, and address care needs for detained individuals. Candidates must have at least 12 months of custody experience and be a qualified RN or paramedic. A driving license and a commitment to team development are essential.

Would you like a new career challenge, managing a small team of HCPs within the Custody suites, do you have a real passion for developing clinical, forensic, and wider skills not just in yourself but your wider team?
Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of HCPs providing detained individuals with exact assessments and assuring their care and wellbeing needs are met. Looking at Rota gaps and covering as needed. You will manage the HCPs ensuring they are supervised and appraised appropriately. Acting as management you will work as a part of an integrated team with the Clinical lead and Lead senior to ensure that the local processes follow National Clinical Governance Standards and the Forces specific needs.
