M3 EU invites a midweight to senior designer to join our creative studio, working across healthcare and pharmaceutical communications. The role blends strong creative design with production know-how for print and digital, from brief to final execution.

You will contribute ideas within regulated healthcare guidelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to multiple brands and formats. Hybrid working in the Greater London area is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare/pharma regulated communications.
• Proven ability to design print and digital materials (brochures, banners, emails, landing pages).
• Strong typography, layout, imagery skills and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret briefs and elevate creative within brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design across print and digital channels, taking projects from concept to production-ready files.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, copywriters and project teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Present and articulate design decisions and respond to feedback constructively.
