A leading healthcare organization in North London is seeking a compassionate healthcare professional for an emergency department role focusing on palliative and end-of-life care. You will collaborate with specialists and community teams to ensure patients receive care in their preferred settings. You will collaborate with Marie Curie Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in the emergency department to deliver patient-centred palliative and end-of-life care, ensuring that care is provided in the preferred setting and support discharge planning. You will liaise with community teams to facilitate discharges to patients at their preferred place of care. Individuals with a demonstrated commitment to assisting others and relevant experience in healthcare are encouraged to apply.
Fixed term contract until early 2027, with possible extension
