Job summary

Hoop Nursing and Social Care is seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care in Chepstow's nursing and residential settings. You will perform medication administration and support the nursing team, delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

This role offers flexible working arrangements and immediate onboarding support via a dedicated Hoop consultant to help you settle in quickly.

Qualifications

• Social Care Wales registration is required.
• DBS on update service is required.
• 1 year UK care experience and 6 months UK Senior Healthcare Assistant experience including medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care including medication administration.
• Support the nursing and care team to ensure exemplary service.
• Provide compassionate care in nursing and residential settings in Chepstow.
