Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Senior Health and Risk Consultant to lead the retention, development and commercial performance of a portfolio of larger or more complex clients in our Healthcare and Risk Consulting team in Farnborough/London, in a hybrid work model.

You will provide strategic consulting, build senior-level relationships and identify opportunities to broaden Aon's relationships, with autonomy to grow renewal income and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in health and benefits, with insights into healthcare and risk markets.
• Proven track record advising large or complex clients and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong consulting skills to translate requirements into clear, practical recommendations.
• Experience leading complex renewals and strategic benefit reviews.
• Commercial acumen with ability to grow client relationships and pipeline.
• Ability to introduce solutions across Aon's capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across a portfolio of larger or more complex clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, people strategy and wider priorities.
• Lead long-term strategic relationships to strengthen engagement, delivery, retention and growth.
• Lead complex client projects and provide strategic advice across health, risk and benefits.
• Undertake reviews of employee benefits arrangements and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead renewal and broking cycles in conjunction with Aon's broking team.
• Design and recommend employee benefit solutions aligned with client strategies.
• Own larger revenue targets and maintain a robust renewal and cross-sell pipeline.
• Coordinate involvement of specialists and solution leaders across Aon.
• Navigate complex client issues balancing commercial and operational considerations.
