Job summary

Exemplar Health Care's Quarryfields care home in Balby, Doncaster, is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant. The role is temporary, full-time with up to 48 hours per week, at £13.27 per hour, and offers a supportive team environment and progression opportunities.

You will work closely with the Nurse in Charge, lead care teams, assist residents with personal care and meals, and help promote dignity, independence while ensuring clear care records.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification required.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead care teams and support residents' day-to-day activities.
• Support personal care and meals for residents.
• Understand residents' health and wellbeing needs.
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
• Document care accurately and maintain high standards.
