Job description

La Haule Care Home are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• To work as part of a team, providing high-quality care
• Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of residents
• To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
• Oversee the care that our Health Care Assistants are providing to residents, addressing any performance issues with the Deputy/Registered Manager
