PJ Care are seeking a dedicated Senior Health Care Assistant for their Bluebirds residences in Milton Keynes. You will deliver personalised, dignified care, supporting residents with daily living and encouraging participation in activities. DBS clearance and UK work eligibility are required.

You will join a compassionate team, uphold high standards of practice, and have opportunities for professional development and career progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced Senior Health Care Assistant with a passion for providing exceptional resident care.
• Clear DBS and satisfactory references preferred.

We care for individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions, including:

• Neurodegenerative diseases
• Functional Neurological Disorders (FND)
• Traumatic brain injuries
• Frontal temporal dementias
• Long-term and complex care needs

The role:

It is key to remember that each one of our residences have their own individual needs and preferences so you would need to care for them as if they were a member of your family.

Part of your role would be to support them with every aspect of daily living, from washing and toileting to dressing and assisting at mealtimes where required. By providing them dignified person-centered care will ensure their needs are being met.

About you:

It is great if you have experience working in care however your personal qualities are key and should shine through, you must be cheerful, give big smiles be caring and compassionate that will help with the care we provide each of our residences.

Each day can be varied so you would need to think on your feet, open to participate in daily activities like dancing and singing along with our residents.

Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, take your time to listen, understand and provide the best care.

• An experienced Senior Health Care Assistants who are passionate about providing exceptional care

• An experienced Senior Health Care Assistants who are eager to develop their leadership and clinical skills

Essential you have:

• A clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
• Satisfactory References
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
