The ideal candidate has over 5 years of rail HSE management experience and holds a NEBOSH or NCRQ Diploma. A competitive salary of £70,000–£75,000 is offered.

• Act as the business’s rail HSE subject matter expert and lead coordinator.
• Partner with clients across major rail infrastructure frameworks.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and safety assurance across all project phases.
• Drive compliance with all relevant rail standards and accreditation schemes.
• Champion health, wellbeing, and behavioural safety initiatives.
• Support new project mobilisation and tender activity from a HSE perspective.

We’re representing a highly respected engineering contractor delivering complex rail infrastructure projects across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to take the lead on all HSE activity across multiple live rail projects, shaping strategy and driving culture across a dynamic, growing business.

The Role
