A large, forward-thinking organisation within the not for profit sector is seeking a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join the Health and Safety Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable HSE professional to influence best practice, strengthen organisational learning, and drive continuous safety improvement.
In this position, you will act as a subject‑matter expert on incident management, supporting the organisation with incident classification, reporting, investigation standards, and trend analysis. You will ensure incidents are reviewed accurately, learning is widely shared, and safety performance continues to advance.
Working under the direction of a Senior Health and Safety Manager you’ll use your professional judgment to provide high‑quality advice aligned with internal safety principles, regulatory requirements, and recognised industry standards.
