Job summary

Rowden is seeking a Product Manager to lead hardware-enabled products from concept to production. You will own the roadmap, translate user needs into actionable requirements, and balance user, technical, and commercial factors in a fast-moving environment.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will work with a Technical Lead to deliver products that meet user needs, drive business goals and create operational impact. Eligibility for SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hardware products from concept to production.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex delivery.
• Ability to prioritise, make trade-offs, and execute under ambiguity.
• Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and production logistics.
• Experience defining product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product roadmap aligned with market need and business strategy.
• Define a clear product vision and translate customer problems into requirements.
• Prioritise features across platforms and constraints.
• Communicate vision to cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Lead hardware product delivery across the full lifecycle: concept to production.
• Manage schedule, quality, cost and technical risk.
• Build and lead a small team and mentor engineers.
