Qualifications

• HNC/HND in mechanical, electrical, or building discipline.
• NVQ3 in Electrical Installations / Mechanical systems / Buildings Maintenance preferred.
• Experience in a building services/estates management environment required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance and delivery of Estates and Building Engineering services.
• Manage safe systems of work in line with HTM, HBN and recognised codes of practice.
• Policing compliance activities across all community sites.

Education
