• HNC/HND or equivalent in relevant discipline.
• NVQ3 or equivalent experience in building services.
• Degree in engineering or building services discipline.
• IOSH or similar health and safety qualification required.
• Chartered or working toward chartered status.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage compliance in estates and building engineering.
• Ensure operational systems for power and heating are maintained.
• Manage maintenance providers and compliance on community properties.
