• Proven ability to deliver designs from concept to final product.
• Experience managing processes and people effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with factories to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and support junior designers.
• Maintain up-to-date competitor and trend awareness.
