Role Overview

TONI&GUY are currently hiring a creative, skilled Senior Colour Technician to join our team. Work full or part time. You will have unparalleled opportunity for growth and success.

Working Pattern

Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

Salary

£20,000 to £30,000 per annum dependant on hours and experience, with an average 30%-35% uncapped commission structure.

• Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
• Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
• Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
• Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
• Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
