Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd in Kent is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager to drive strategic H&S across the business. You will lead the H&S team, advise senior leaders, and shape the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH Diploma, extensive rail/infrastructure safety experience, and a proven track record in audits, investigations and improving safety culture. This is a senior role with strategic and operational responsibilities and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong H&S experience within rail, infrastructure or high‑risk environment.
• Senior H&S level experience and ability to influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional H&S advice to operational and project teams.
• Provide strategic H&S advice to senior leaders.
• Help develop and deliver the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy.
• Drive improvements in safety culture and standards across the business.
• Lead the wider H&S team and monitor performance and risks.
• Lead audits, inspections and investigations; support client/regulatory audits.
