Senior GTM Project Manager - Commercial Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior GTM Project Manager to support a high-growth digital technology organisation. You will be operating within a mature PMO function, the remit is to drive execution across Go-To-Market programmes that directly impact commercial performance and annual recurring revenue.

This position requires someone who brings strong operational discipline, can challenge stakeholders when required, and is comfortable working at pace in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the delivery of GTM initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring a consistent pace to value.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and IT to advance commercially‑critical programmes.
  • Improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies and strengthen PMO governance.
  • Provide clear reporting, structured communication and senior‑level visibility on progress, risks and dependencies.
  • Support due‑diligence cycles and contribute to integration planning and operational readiness.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' project management experience within complex enterprise or software environments.
  • Strong GTM, commercial operations or business operations background.
  • Proficient with Smartsheet, Lucid, MS Suite and other collaboration platforms. Workfront exposure advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational capability and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
