Job summary

Michael Page in Woking is seeking a Senior Group Financial Accountant to deliver consolidated IFRS reporting, align with group policies, and partner with regional finance teams, treasury and FP&A.

You will oversee monthly close for around 130 entities, reconcile intercompany balances, and post IFRS16 journals, while preparing monthly balance sheet and cash flow packs for the Board, investors and banks.

Qualifications

• ACA or equivalent qualified with group finance experience.
• Multi-currency consolidation experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly data submissions from regional teams and provide month-end commentary.
• Business partner to regional finance teams to meet policies and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to identify accounting impacts of initiatives and projects.
• Ensure monthly consolidation of ~130 entities with intercompany reconciliations.
• Process quarterly derivative accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and cash flow reporting for Board, investors and banks.
• Participate in quarterly balance sheet reviews and track actions to completion.
