Third Space seeks a Senior Instructor to cover maternity leave in London. The role combines coaching, leadership, mentoring and product development across two clubs, teaching about 17 classes per week with admin and project time.

Employed on a 32-hour week across five days. You will work with the Master Trainer and Head of Group Exercise to maintain world-class coaching standards, develop instructor talent and enhance the member experience.

Formación

• Minimum of 500 hours of yoga teaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and influence fellow instructors.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Understanding of class programming, musicality and instructor development.
• Passion for innovation, learning and raising standards.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for members and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional classes and set the standard for coaching excellence across the business.
• Act as role model for instructors, championing best practice and member experiences.
• Support instructor development through mentoring, onboarding, education, audits and feedback.
• Identify and develop future instructor talent through auditions and training events.
• Collaborate on concept development, product innovation and new launches.
• Support operational excellence across the concept including studio standards and cover.
• Stay connected to industry developments and bring new ideas into the business.
• Build relationships with members to drive retention.
• Represent Third Space at events and activations.
