Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Senior Technician in the UK to perform repair and maintenance of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and related electrical systems. You will ensure compliance with internal and external standards and support the Ramp/Sort/Aircraft MXT teams to operate safely and effectively.

You will lead work allocation, review maintenance results, and work with a team to meet service levels, while adhering to health and safety requirements and documenting activities in company systems.

Qualifications

Full driving licence (LCV and/or GSE licence).
Relevant qualification in automotive, truck or plant equipment.
Experience with diagnosing and repairing vehicle/plant systems.
Proven ability to work to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Carry out repair and maintenance of GSE, electrical systems and location equipment.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards and procedures.
Lead tasks such as allocation and prioritisation of work and audit of results.
