Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd is seeking a Senior Category Manager to drive growth across our grocery customers and brands. Based in the UK, the role is hybrid with 3 days on-site in Staines-upon-Thames, offering the chance to influence retailers and shape category strategy.

You’ll turn data and shopper insight into compelling commercial recommendations, partner with Sales, Marketing and Brand teams, and lead shopper marketing activity while building strong relationships with key retailers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Category Management experience.
• Experience in FMCG sector.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation ability.
• Good understanding of the UK grocery market.
• Ability to influence, challenge and drive positive change.
• Creative, commercially-minded approach to solving problems.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with key retail contacts and become a category partner of choice.
• Influence range reviews, space, distribution, display and promotional planning across major retailers.
• Champion the Category Vision internally and with customers.
• Use data sources to uncover opportunities and tell compelling stories.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Brand teams to translate insight into category and brand growth.
• Develop customer-specific category and trade stories that influence decisions.
• Lead shopper marketing activity and manage customer budgets, testing and improving.
• Raise Category Management capability across the business.
