Job summary

Digital Waffle is seeking a Senior Risk and Controls Manager for a remote UK role. You will design, implement and test GRC controls, with a focus on SAP-enabled systems, and advise senior stakeholders on risk, controls and governance to enable business objectives.

You will lead and coach junior consultants, support client discussions, and participate in business development activities from opportunity scoping to pitches, building strong, long-term trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and testing GRC controls in SAP ERP environments.
• Strong ITGCs and ITACs knowledge with solid ICFR understandings.
• Proven track record leading engagements and mentoring junior staff.
• Professional qualifications such as CISA, ACA, ACCA or similar.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on risk and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate internal control frameworks with SAP-enabled systems.
• Act as lead advisor on GRC strategy, compliance requirements, and control optimisation.
• Lead, coach, and support junior consultants and analysts.
• Contribute to business development through bid support and client pitches.
• Maintain strong client relationships as a trusted controls advisor.
