Job summary

Arup is seeking a Cyber GRC professional to shape and govern IT disaster recovery and BCM practices across our global digital technology footprint. You will lead risk assessments, drive security-by-design initiatives, and coordinate awareness campaigns to strengthen security culture across regions.

In this role, you will work with stakeholders, implement ISO 22301 controls, and ensure recovery priorities align with business objectives while enabling project delivery and resilience across Arup’s

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in IT disaster recovery planning and testing.
Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 governance and BCM controls.
Experience assessing business impact, dependencies and recovery priorities.
Proven ability to perform threat and risk assessments.
Ability to lead cyber awareness and education initiatives.
Experience engaging stakeholders across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and test IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) plans across the organisation.
Conduct regular risk assessments and impact analyses to identify critical systems and recovery priorities.
Manage global cybersecurity awareness campaigns and training initiatives.
Collaborate with regional digital teams to embed security-by-design into projects.
Drive implementation and ongoing compliance with ISO 22301 standards for BCM.
